At Metro REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, we are strictly monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking necessary measures to protect the health of our membership, employees and our community while working tirelessly to meet your financial needs without interruption. In the interest of everyone’s health we ask for your patience while working through new challenges and new realities. With that in mind, we have made the difficult, yet necessary, decision to temporarily close our branch.

Ways to Bank from Home

Online Banking
All of our Members can access their account through our Online Banking portal on our Website. By using your Online Banking you can view Statements, check Transaction History, Transfer Funds and Contact a Representative.

Mobile App
Member can access their Online Banking account through our Mobile App, on both Apple and Android Smart Phones. Our Mobile App gives you access to all the features of out Online Banking, with the addition of Remote Check Deposits. This added convenience allows you to continue making deposits from the safety of your own home.

Nationwide ATMs
With your MRFCU ATM Debit card you can access over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs! If you do not have a Debit Card and wish to receive on, contact a representative and we will be happy to assist you.

Shared-Branches
MRFCU also provides our members with a network of shared branches that they can visit to transact on their account in person. This helps reduce travel time, and give our members an alternative option in times like our current COVID-19 situation. There are over 5,000 Shared-Branches nationwide.
We recommend you contact the branch you plan on visiting to check if they have adjusted their schedule. When visiting, Members will need to have their Driver's License with them, and know their account number.

Member Assistance
At Metro Realtors Federal Credit Union, we understand that you may be experiencing financial hardship due to the effects of the Coronavirus. Our intention is to lessen the current economic burden during these challenging times

Skip-Payments
All Members are eligible to receive two skip payments for their loan accounts with MRFCU. Our skip payment program will extend the term of your loan the number of months that are skipped. There are no fees for this and this will not negatively impact your credit. Interest will continue to accumulate based on your loan's current rate.
To request a skip payment, please send written authorization to our office.
In this request Signed Request please include your Account Number and state the Months you wish to skip.
Mortgage Loans are also allowed up to two skip payments, pending approval from the Credit Union's Mortgage Committee. If you are interested in these skip payments, please submit the same request, and we will provide you with the the Committee's response.
